I'm fixing lunch; I haven't ate since 9:30 this morning and I am hungry. Fish, rice, and salad. I've gotten in 45 minutes of walking today so far, and some crunches.0

Well gang i gained this week due to my weekend of sluffying off im sure. I have back on the healthy track and bought the wii active today and can't wait to try it out. Im going to do the 30 day challenge on that for sure. That should keep me on track. :drinker:0

My office went to a sushi buffet today and I tried SO hard to be good. I didn't eat any of the fried stuff, any of the rice (other than in my sushi), had mostly fruit as my dessert and had Miso soup to help me fill up but I still managed to blow over 1,000 cal!0
