    While this IS true, remember that egg whites are where a large portion of the sodium is at and the yolk is where the protein is at. If you are going to do egg whites atleast throw in one whole egg.

    That simply is not true. Yes, there is more sodium in the whites, but the whites actually have 1g more protein than the yolks. Check your facts... No fat or cholesterol at all in the whites. Personally, I wouldn't sweat 55mg of natural sodium. But that's just me. We need sodium!

    Easiest way to do it for me is hard boil a bunch of eggs on the weekend, and the night before while i'm cooking dinner I put some oats, raisins and walnuts in a bowl with a lid that gets left on the counter. The next morning I just add water and nuke it while I'm getting my lunch packed, pop a few hard boiled eggs in my bag and eat it over the next hour while i'm making my way to work.

    Easy, cheap, nutritious. A winning combo in my book!
  • 1) Nonfat plain greek yogurt with sliced almonds and some stevia
    2) Think Thin bar
    3) Hard boiled eggs
