    I have high cholesterol. No cupcakes of any sort for me. :( THAT is what makes me grumpy, not that I'm hungry, lol.

    Ya know bacon is full of nitrites and is so unhealthy for you. How could you even post a picture of it let alone ask someone to eat it?! And cupcakes?! All of that sugar and it's probably from a boxed mix isn't it? Processed food is a no no. But you better eat 3 of them so that you are sure you are over 1200 calories because otherwise you will starve to death.

    I mean, I'm as much of a bacon fan as the next omnivore...but not so much as to put it into a cupcake.

    Have you ever tried Bacon Salt? Bacon goodness in a powder, and don't ask me how they swing this, but it IS vegetarian to boot. I discovered it one Lent when I had given up meat.

    a friend made these for a party. the way the recipe was, it tasted like breakfast. the cup cake was like a maple pancake, the icing, like whipped cream, and bacon, well, like bacon! It seems strange when you think of it as a dessert, but if you think of it like breakfast on the weekend, mmmmm

    no seriously, you can get them in the frozen department at the supermarket. just pop 1 in the microwave for 50 seconds and presto, instant cellulite, try one, they are simply divine....

    Thank god there is one decadent treat in this world I have no interest in eating - the idea of bacon touching anything sweet makes me queasy. I've thrown out bacon that dared to touch maple syrup. A dozen plain cupcakes within reach? I'd cave. A pile of bacon? More please. Mush 'em together? I'd run screaming from the building.
