"Baked" Oatmeal!

I though I'd share what I do with mine. My has three ingredients.
1 Whole Egg
1 Pack of Instant Oatmeal ( I have a ton in the pantry)
A splash of water.
I scramble the egg first with the water so I get a really pretty yellow. Then I add in the oatmeal and make sure it's nice and coated by egg. Then I just pop in the Microwave for 1:45.
I am in love with this stuff. I am using Quaker Instant Oatmeal- 1pckg. Cinnamon Roll flavor this week.
My calories breakdown like this. I use the MFP Recipe creator.
Calories: 230
Carbs: 34
Fat: 7
Protein: 10g
Sodium is High: 302 (Probably because of Instant)0 -

This is what I have been putting in mine:
2 egg whites
oatmeal
raisins
honey
mashed banana
peanut butter in the middle
all mixed together and put in the mircrowave for 1.20 mins
