Welcome everyone to the 3,500+ calories burned challenge.
Can you believe this weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now?

This is a weekly challenge to meet 3,500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week (even if it's below 3,500). Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other than push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Here is the daily update format.

Weekly Goal:

Thur: calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)

    Welcome newbies! (and many of them are my friends!!)

    I forgot to post my goal. This is week 24 for me and I'm in for 5,000 calories burned.

    I'm giving it a go. I'm setting a goal of 2000 calories as I will be out of town 3 days and won't have gym access.

    This sounds tough! But I'm going to try the full 3500 this week! Why not :)
    Well, As long as it starts tomorrow, and actually goes through Sunday. You know, just so I'm not already a day behind!

    I just signed up for a weight loss goal for memorial day... This looks like a good way to keep me moving and active and sticking to the game plan. Now i'm excited to get home and work out... LETS DO THIS
