    OK didn't post yesterday, but I did go to the gym!

    Mon: 350 (30 minutes on the elliptical!)
    Tues: 665 (a solid hour+ warmup with my trainer who kicked my *kitten* around several circuits and weights)

    Left to go: 2485 ( would be ~500 calories a day for the remainder of the week, if I want to skip sunday, it's 620 a day)
