    EAS- carb control or muscle milk - both vanilla- mixed with organic skim milk or coconut milk, blended with a banana, frozen blueberries, pineapple, rasberries, and fage is my current combo, going to get coconut manna today. oh yeah- bump

    Yesterday I did: a scoop of powder, 8 oz of unsweetened almond milk, a tbs of PB and a banana

    Today I did: half cup plain non fat greek yogurt, scoop of powder and a banana

    I also add a packet of stevia

    I'm doing Body By Vi so so I use their protein powder, but probably any powder would work. My favorite recipe right now is 8 oz unsweetened almond milk, 2 scoops of my Vi protein, 1 TBSP pb2 (powdered peanut butter for whoever it was that asked, also available on Amazon!), 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 oz sugar-free caramel syrup with a couple of ice cubes. 173 calories and DELICIOUS!

    If you want a Natural Protein Shake

    1 Cup of Hood Chocolate Low Cal Milk
    1/2 Cup of Raw Oats
    1/2 Cup of Cottage Cheese 2%
    2 Tble Spoons of PB Natural
    3-5 Ice cubs and blend


    If you want one similar that has Protein powder This one is my AM SHAKE...I drink this every morning with baby spinach thrown in.

    1 Cup of Water
    1/2 Cup of Raw Oats
    1/2 Cup of Cottage Cheese 2%
    2 Tble Spoons of PB Natural
    1 Scoop of your favorite Chocolate Protein "I use Pro 24 Bodytech"
    3-5 Ice cubs and blend


    My fruit protein is
    4 - 6 Oz of Water
    1/2 Cup of Frozen dole Fruit mix
    1/4 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
    1/2 Cup of your favorite Greek Yogurt
    1 Scoop of a Vanilla Protein or Strawberry Protein


    I sometimes add a handful of raw baby spinach and throw in..because I suck at getting enough green veggies


    Edit...if you need extra calories...I throw in a banana sometimes to any of those.

    my PINK shake:
    1 cup Blue Diamond Almond Breeze (unsweetened, 40 cals cup)
    1 scoop vanilla whey protein
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    can throw in 1 tsp cinnamon, ground flaxseed, chia seeds
    whirl in blender, about 250 cals?

    2 tbsp PB2 (powdered peanut butter from bell plantation)
    Depending on my mood either a little Fage yogurt or fresh spinach
    Ice
    All into my blender. So delicious!
