bump.... but i do honestly find it hard to believe that it is only 56cal???
1 piece of lindt 70% cocoa dark chocolate is 50cal. (10g serving)
It has

3.3g total carbs

How tiny are these brownies? What about the carbs from the flour? How did you find out that this recipe is 56cal?0 -

For the vegetarian who doesn't eat eggs, try canned pumpkin. It adds a lot of fiber too.
I'll also just do canned pumpkin in brownie boxed mixes. Add enough to moisten and bake bout 10 minutes longer. It makes great dense, lower cal brownies. I also bake them in muffin pans so I know how many cals are in each one. Should work great in this recipe too.0 -
