Poll! What is your TDEE?

I feel mine is abnormally high at times xD

5ft4 118 pound

TDEE is around 2300 without cardio!
With cardio it gets up to about 2600-2700 calories per day
(BMF)

    5' 11" - 195 lbs

    Without anything I'm about 3100, with exercise I usually get up over 4500.
    I also just started my 2 a day workouts gearing up for race season so I'm expecting some huge numbers... its going to be hard to balance intake with expenditure.

    2400-3200. Most often at the lower end. I have a VERY active lifestyle and work out hard :)

    I set my maintenance calories to 2500 and I burn somewhere between 0 and 2500 calories daily. I think I'm pretty close to actually maintaining weight. I might add another 100 calories to the base.

    I'm 5'5", and I think I weigh around 138 (I haven't stepped on the scale in over a month, so who knows, lol?)

    My TDEE is around 2200 or so without cardio. I tend to burn around 500-600 calories per cardio workout, so I guess 2750ish with cardio. But I only do cardio a couple times a week.

    I don't feel like I am that active, just up early and dance around i suppose xD Should be around 2900 today according to BMF and all I did was lift, walk around campus, and walk to the bank and back. Hmm

    5'6 184 TDEE: 2100 that with 6x week workout burning about 600 cals per workout... Ill be adding 3 more workouts so Im sure my # will increase

    How to calculate if you don't have a BMF

    Men: BMR = 66 + (13.7 X weight in kg) + (5 X height in cm) - (6.8 X age in years)
    Women: BMR = 655 + (9.6 X weight in kg) + (1.8 X height in cm) - (4.7 X age in years)
    1 inch = 2.54cm and 1kg = 2.2 lbs.

    I am starting with body weight exercises in circuit training form. How do I calculate that into my TDEE? I would be 2-3 days a week at about 15 minutes per shot.
