I feel mine is abnormally high at times xD

With cardio it gets up to about 2600-2700 calories per day

Without anything I'm about 3100, with exercise I usually get up over 4500.
I also just started my 2 a day workouts gearing up for race season so I'm expecting some huge numbers... its going to be hard to balance intake with expenditure.0 -

I set my maintenance calories to 2500 and I burn somewhere between 0 and 2500 calories daily. I think I'm pretty close to actually maintaining weight. I might add another 100 calories to the base.

My TDEE is around 2200 or so without cardio. I tend to burn around 500-600 calories per cardio workout, so I guess 2750ish with cardio. But I only do cardio a couple times a week.0 -
