Bump for an answer to my Q?0

So, if my TDEE is 2842 and I want to lose 2 pounds per week, that means I have to cut 7,000 calories per week or 1,000 per day.
So, should I be eating 1,000 calories less than TDEE per day? That would be 1,842 cals/day ...which sounds really high....
Yes, that's right, based on everything I've read. But hey, just keep doing what you're doing, dude. You're killing it. 71 lbs. lost! :happy:0 -
According to my BMF, on non-meaningful-exercise days 2050-2850 (depending on degree of laziness ;D)
I'm 5'8" (and a half!) / 213 lbs / girl0 -

Great now I want to own a BMF just so I can recalculate my TDEE for active days versus active rest days. Has anyone found a calculator that compares to what their BMF is giving them? when I had a BB(bodybugg) my TDEE was close to the websites fitday.com seated all day with intentional activity input. that was the closest I came to finding a calculator that matched BB. if anyone has found another please share! thanks.0
