6 egg whites
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup oatmeal
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Put all in blender and process until smooth. Makes about 10 pancakes, using 1/4 cup of batter per pancake. Yield; 3 servings.
Nutritional info per serving (3 pancakes):
Calories: 181
Fat: 2.7 grams
Cholesterol: 20 mg
Sodium: 361 mg
Carbs: 20 g
Fiber 2.8 g
These are absolutely delicious and filling.
1/2 cup whole grain oats
1 banana
4 egg whites
cinnamon
chia seeds
Its about 300 per serving but so good

These are pancakes about 3-4" in size, not the whole pan. You could probably fill a whole pan and make them huge, but then you'd have to recalculate the calories :-)0
