April Daily Step Challenge

Challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!

I'm in again. Steps might be down when I am biking, but I will continue to log it. My pedo is on 24/7, except when biking and sleeping, of course.0

I would like to join this challenge. Spring is in the air thus more opportunity to do my walking outside and as a gal that has a desk job I have to really push myself to get those steps in some days. Step challenge sounds like just the ticket:)0

There is a conversion chart at http://www.10000steps.org.au/pdfs/conversion.pdf. Suggests counting 1000 steps for 10 minutes of moderate intensity activity, like biking (activity equal to the effort of a brisk walk), and 2000 steps for high intensity activity.0 -

Goal 7000 steps a day since I am at a sedentary job most of the time.
4/1 - 5949 I got most of that the night before when I was dancing. but it was after midnight. I had a restfull day.
4/2 - ??? I forgot my fitbit at home today. but I did go walking at lunch. Generally do about 3500 steps at lunch.
