    Sorry im late!!!

    I've been stuck at 147 for a couple of weeks so if I can lose a few by end of April that would be great!

    Only hurdle at the moment is I've got a groin strain which has stopped me exercising - its jut calorie counting from here!!

    I didn't weigh in on Friday because I was on vacation. Hopefully that is okay. Probably a lot of my weight loss is water weight so hopefully I'll just be able to maintain at 110 for the rest of the month.

    Hello, I realise that we're already 10 days into the month but I would still like to join this challenge! My goal for now is to lose 11lbs (around 4/5 kgs) by mid-June so if I can manage anywhere near half of that this month, I will feel amazing :happy:

    So my current weight is: 151.2 lbs / 68.6 kgs

    Well it was that time.....I hope this week is better. Although, not off to a good start! Really having a tough time not grazing.

    Keep resisting! Or if you really need to graze, go with carrots and cucumber or nuts maybe? And try to walk even just an additional 15-30 mins a day and you WILL see results. Good luck!
