    Goal weight 170 or it would be lovely to get into the 60's! Small steps at a time.

    Friday, April 6th: 172 (all good so far but this happened last month too, so have to keep going!)
    Friday, April 13th: 174 Easter has a lot to answer for, but I'm not deterred!
    Friday, April 20th: 172 yahay still on track!

    Friday, April 6th:138.4 (this is the slowest start to any challenge I have done)
    Friday, April 13th: 137.0
    Friday, April 20th: 136.8 (man first 12 lbs came off fast and easy)
    Friday, April 27th: 134.4

    Down 4.2 lbs goal was 5 but that is good for all that has went on in the last 2 weeks with family and not getting to eat right and exercise.

    Weeeeeell, a loss of 4 lbs isn't terrible. I know there's 2 days left in April so maybe I can lose that pound, lol. I fell off the wagon a couple of weeks (Easter and last week) but I'm okay with it. 4 lbs isn't /bad/. It just could've been better.

    Was on target to meet the 5lbs but fell at the last hurdle.........4 lbs in total.

    So it depends on how I look at this as to how much I lost. If I look at April 1, I lost 6.8. If I look at March 24th when I was at my lowest, I only lost 4 pounds. Either way I was successful because I lost weight. It is great to see how well so many people did this month. Yayyyyyy! Carla
