    I know its half way through the month but I would like to join!! Luckily i have my weights from all the days. :)

    I would like to hit 179 by the end of April! so lets say 7lbs by the end of this challenge!

    3/7 lbs lost in April.

    I only weigh on Friday, Saturday and Sunday so we should be good! (I started strength and I do it during the week, so I have been seeing a little water retention)

    Its the middle of the month, but I would like to join. I am now more motivated than Ive been in a long time and since I have so much to lose, 2.5lbs per week is attainable.

    Just found this thread & I've never done this before but I'm feeling really defeated & need help.
    My goal weight is 115 (I'm 55 and 5'2"). I've been on MFP for over a month with no results. I work out 4-5x/week. I'm doing a detox as well to try and have more energy and increase my metabolism. That's my sorry story...boo!

    I"m not sure how to do this but I did reach my April 5 lb goal. Off to the dietician this afternoon. I would be happy with 5 lbs a month. I'm down 5 since joining MFP and 16 total.
