Just found this thread & I've never done this before but I'm feeling really defeated & need help.
My goal weight is 115 (I'm 55 and 5'2"). I've been on MFP for over a month with no results. I work out 4-5x/week. I'm doing a detox as well to try and have more energy and increase my metabolism. That's my sorry story...boo!
