    Katie here! I'm a day late, but this is info from Friday. :)

    Friday, March 30th: 188 (TOM is upon me, so I gained this week.) :/
    Friday, April 6th: 185.2!! (Mostly water weight, but .6 less than my lowest from before TOM!) :)
    Friday, April 13th: 183.4 !!!! :) I upped my calories to BMR this week.

    Had a really bad day yesterday... First really bad day eating wise since a couple days after I started 3 months ago-easily ate double my gross (not net!) calories... If not more... :/ ugh not sure why I do this kind of thing when I'm so close to my goal that I can taste it!!! Hopefully it is not a construal thing-I ended up tracking everything today so I'm more accountable... Anyone else close to maintenance? Could use some friends like that to help each other!!

    Ugh, going slower than I would like but happy that it is consistently downward. I am hoping it is due to my increased exercise doing the 30 day shred. I am definitely seeing changes in shape, hopefully the scale will fall into place soon as well.
