Great job. You look great. Keep up the wonderful work. You were about where I'm starting from. Well after I gained with some med changes. Anyway I'd like to get back to 250 and continue from there of course. But at 250 I had good bp without meds and felt healthy. I was pretty active and could get around.0

What I think helped me out the most in my start of my diet, is that I worked out straight for 60 days straight. Even if it was 25 minutes, I would do something everyday. I only started to do 5 workouts a week on my 3rd month. Right now I stay at about 5 workouts a week. At least 35 minutes per workout.
As far as diet, I stay under 1400 everyday, but initially I started under 1800 calories, because I was not used to it. But you get used to it. I also get a lot of tips from www.hungry-girl.com for products and recipes that are fast and easy. And don't forget plenty of fruits, veggies and water!
Also, my sister has been along with me for the ride. She herself has lost over 40 lbs so it helps to have someone there to motivate you as well.
Thanks for sharing your inspirational photos of your progress and your tips above - they really help. Taking note of your "something everyday" :-) Congratulations on your hard work and success :flowerforyou:0 -
