Mon: 873 Walking and running. 30 minutes on lunch break, 97 minutes after work.
Tues: 802 41 minutes lunch break, running mostly. 93 minutes walking my dog.
Wed: 1048 Hiking
Thurs: 149 walking, running
Fri: 459 Hiking
Sat: 684

Sorry I got behind on posting. I didn't realize how behind I was. At least my diary was accurate so it was easy to catch it up.0 -
I see that everyone has posted there goal of working out at 3,500 calories a week.
How about setting that goal to 10,000 calories or More a week. I invite you all to check out my so far weekly total.
I burn over 1,500 calories a day, sometimes 2,500 or more. And so far this week I have burned 19,409 calories. And still have Saturday and Sunday to yet to go.
So here you go for the run down on my week.
Monday- 4,310 Swimming and Walking
Tuesday- 4,363 Swimming Walking
Wednesday- 5,440 Swimming Walking Lifting
Thursday- 4,003 Swimming Walking
Friday- 1,293 Walking ( I am fighting the flu. So it was a easy day.)
Saturday- 2,500 (I am going Hiking. So I know I am gonna burn more that. Promise)
Sunday - 2,500 ( I have to go shopping at a few stores. So alot of walking. I promise)
Total being 24,409 calories burned... And thats just for the week of 4/2-4/8 2012.
I want to loose the weight. Thats why I came to this site. I have lost over 102 lbs in 3 months time. I dont want to be big anymore. So I am trying hard to get my life back.

How cool! I love having challenges to keep me motivated. I'm brand new to fitness pals site so this will be my 1st challenge week, but I'm definitely down for this challenge.
