    4/1-110 mins including 2.88 mile run, Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30, and walking at the park carrying my 18 month old around because he was asleep.
    4/2-67 mins including Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30, Denise Austin Cardio, and Zumba Abs
    4/3-47 mins so far including Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 and Zumba Abs

    224-1440=1216 left!!!

    I add running and actual exercise time. I count other activities under exercise, but will be a 'purist' for this one. I'm building up training miles towards a half marathon, so should easily be able to do this.

    4/2 38 minutes run/walk
    4/3 125 70 minutes run/walk, 25 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes Circuit/strength training
