Inspired by the "How long have you been married" topic, I thought I would pose another question.

Who here got married at a young age and is still married to that person?

I'll start.
Me - 20
She - 18

Been married 6 years now

    I got married at 21, my husband was 25 and we have been married for almost 3 years now! Not that impressive I'm sure compared to some, but it was one rocky road as my husband deployed after we had only been together for 3 months! We are going strong though :)

    We didnt get married until i was 22 and he was 23 but we moved in together at 17 and 18.

    It's so awesome to see other couples who married young and are still together. It seems every young couple around us is failing. I never understood it. When things get tough, my wife and I stand side by side and fight for each other. Thanks to all of you!

    I was 20 and the DH was 26. It'll be 19 years together in June and I wouldn't change a thing!

    First marriage, we were both 19 and stupid. That one lasted almost 2 years. Second marriage (current marriage), we were together for 6 years before deciding to take the plunge. (He also had a previous marriage that ended badly) We got married at 30, and have no intentions of ever having to get married again. lol Although, we are tossing around the idea of renewing our vows. :smile:

    Odd thing with us: Actually didn't live together before getting married. Also, not after we were married for, awhile. I was in graduate school two states away.

    We lived together a week before our wedding. It was a religious decision for us.

    I was 21 and we got married the day after my husbands 20th birthday. We will be celebrating our 15th anniversary in December. I love my caveman. :love:

    I was 32, she was 13 and from Kosovo. Of course we are not legally married yet so I had to adopt her until 2013 when I can make it official.
