how are people planning to tackle this? I've not shown off my belly for over 5 years D:

I reckon I'll be happy with my belly once I lose about 5 more lbs, but I've kind of plateaued.

So my plan for the month is:

    kettlebells every other day
    callanetics every other day
+ about 30-60 mins of exhausting exercise a day (6 week 6 pack, circuits, 30DS etc)
    ~1200 cals /day
have 'bloat friendly' foods: lots of veg, avocados, oily fish and probiotics (not so much bread and crisps!)

    what are your plans?

I am so in... It will be relatively close to when I leave for Florida and I might as well plan on buying a new swim suit that day!

This is my first post here on mfp. I like the sound of this challenge, so I'm in!!

My current workout is basically cycling to and from work - but it's a 22 mile round trip, so I think it will have a desirable effect!

    *grin*

I terrified to try this. It means I should do it. If you're goals aren't scary, they aren't a challenge, right?

I made my husband's day. He likes Berry's bare belly challenge.

So, worked out the other night.

The postman came to the door.

I forgot that i didn't have a shirt on. the look on his face is priceless :D.

Well, I don't give a ****, this is the first time I've ever been midriff answering the front door.

    Love it!

I've got to say I often do my home workouts in just a sports bra top. I imagine I look like Cameron Diaz until I look in the mirror!

I'm making the most of the long weekend to kick start the belly-busting. I'm off to the gym any minute now to do a mini circuit - 10 minutes running, lower body resistance, 10 minutes running, upper body, 10 minutes running CORE! I'll be doing kettlebell swings, planks, side planks with tuck-unders and V-sit kettlebell twists.
