I've managed to shed 3lbs of the 5lbs I put back on. I've started doing Tae Bo again for the first time in about 10 years - I forgot what a great abs workout it is, and without having to get down on the floor at all!0

I'm in this by the way - forgot to post. Not long to go now, my fat loss stalled a bit though (abs are probably strong enough already!)
P.S. my pole teacher gave an amazing new abs routine which HURTS LIKE HELL... must be good I'm ill so can't do it right now...0 -
Body Pump today. Any thoughts about what workout you'll do for the challenge? I might get someone to snap me running outside or on the treadmill - don't think my abs are up for scrutiny in a class :blushing:0

We're almost there! Sadly my belly still isn't where I'd like it to be, but it is acres better than it was at the beginning of April! I am still trying to figure out what my workout picture will be. I'd love to be doing a plank, but I've got a lot of lose skin around my middle, and it's really disturbing to see in that pose. Perhaps a yogic backbend to stretch it all out and make me look really, really lean. Hmmmm ...0

Yikes, two days to go! With terrible timing I've just returned from holiday where I ate a 100% fried food and alcohol diet and put on 3lbs :blushing: But this isn't about "after" photos, it's all about body confidence, fitness and how far we've come with MFP. Bellies ahoy!0

Last day to get a preparatory workout in! I'm opting for Tae Bo, or maybe Body Combat if I manage to book a place tonight. After all, I'm bound to get a six pack like the girls in the DVD, right?0

Psyching myself up for this! So, let me get this straight....are we supposed to be posting a piccie of our tummy straight after a workout or whilst working out, only that could be tricky, there's no way I'm asking a stranger at the gym to photograph me? :laugh: With a 'before' piccie?0

Before, during or during, whatever suits, the only condition is you must do at least some of your workout with your navel getting some fresh air!
I may end up just doing a sweaty picture in the mirror, though I'm slightly tempted by the "stranger at the gym" option just because I'd like to see just how bad I look working out :laugh:0 -

These were jan/feb/march this year before and afters for shred and ripped

And this was today! The gardener at the park got a good look as I ripped off my top to do my hill work! Still got a fair bit of extra skin there, and my many many stretch marks, but stuff it, I'm doing this for the mums!
