Regular cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato, and ketchup. Fries on the side. I even had the bun! (waits for shame to set in for eating white carbs..... still waiting.....)

Under my calories for the day by almost 200.

He he had to come back and check the thread again today. I didn't have one as I had a pre planned day. I'm a clean eater 95%+ of the time, but everyone needs a treat now and then or we would be miserable I say this because judging by the threads I read 100% clean eaters are miserable, moody, opinionated, on their high horse people and it isn't pretty. This is a lifestyle change, and my life includes treats! That's how you do this long term. Love the thread x

You guys are amazing! So much cheeseburger porn I don't even know what to do! Here's mine from last night!

I ended up only eating half to stay in my calories, but it was amazing!

10 oz. Wagyu beef patty with 4 slices thick cut bacon, skinny fries, American cheese, and bourbon barbecue sauce on the side.

I'm thinking I'm going to do my Cowboy Turkey burgers (dressed up with shredded cheese and chipotle seasoning) on the grill.

I think I'll have a slider...less calories and still tasty!

Crappers - it has to be cheese, doesn't it? Oh well - I'm out.

Nope. See the original post EDIT section. Hamburgers are fine!

    Sliders are cool too!

Sweet! The goal of Cheeseburger Tuesday is to eat something you really like that isn't really considered a "diet" food by fitting it into your calorie goal and enjoying the meal. People do it with turkey burgers or veggie burgers or whatever. Some of us ate 1200 calorie burgers last week, and some were 200 calories. The goal is to enjoy it and make it work for you!

I've got two "meatball" burgers hanging out in the freezer. Made them for dinner one night, so I went ahead and made 20 of them, cooked 4 for me and the family, and froze the rest. It's literally a 4 oz meatball, flattened into a burger patty. Did I mention I have a killer recipe for home baked hamburger rolls (not low calorie in the slightest, but damn they taste good.)

Tomorrow is going to be goooooooood.

I LOVE meatball burgers! My uncle made one many years ago. Oh. Good stuff especially with a little marinara, fresh parmesan on a kaiser roll.

Well, I eat whatever I please as long as I am able to fit it in my WEEKLY goals. I shoot for daily, but well, like this week, I went to brunch, and brunch is just delicious.

I had a cheeseburger today...Monday. Ordered it 'dry' NO sauce, ketchup or mustard. Just a bun, patty lettuce, tomato, cheese and jalapenos. it was delicious...and fit in my goals for today.

I still even have calories leftover!

Whats te big deal about having or not having a cheeseburger I have then at least once a week I used extra lean hamburgh and us a 100 calorie whole wheat roll with ketchup and mustanrd with a slice of reduced fat swiss cheese. And it all fits into my calories there is nothing wrong with having what you like just find healthier ways of having it. Of course unless you don't eat meat then have a veggy burger thats what my son does.

Um nothing. That's the point of this thread. It's just that we kinda wanted to do it together as a little group really.

Cheeseburger Tuesday is open to all though. See original post for more information.
