    I had the perfect minimalist burger experience. Five Guys. Double Bacon Cheeseburger, mayonnaise only. So simple, but amazingly delicious.:love:

    And I'd post a pictue but even with the 'search' I can't understand the instructions people posted lol.

    Beef + guacomole + pico + giant buttered bun + big slab of cheese = 1200 calorie burger. It was amazing.

    Just got back from eating my In n Out cheeseburger without tomato. So yummy. Later in the week I'll actually take the time and make a homemade one with colby jack, French's cheddar fried onions, mayo, ketchup, romaine, and a big patty on a sesame seed bun. Next time I go grocery shopping I"m going to have to pick up some brie to try and make the brie burger from the other thread (but with bacon instead of pancetta since I have a plethora of bacon at home).
