    Fast food, I do end up eating some once a week but I usually plan my meal in advance so I don't go over on my calories. I also will eat healthier options if available.

    Also frosting or cakes, actually I crave them more often than I actually eat them. We have 3 tubs of frosting in my apartment that aren't even open :)

    I will take a diet peanut butter protein bar and slather peanut butter on it. I know that the fatty peanut butter sort of cancels out the diet bar, but it's so yummy!

    I hope I'm not the only person here who has ONE food or beverage that they have a hard time staying away from, that makes you deviate from your diet when you're having a hard time, that you would work out more to have more calories to spend on.

    That being said, my guilty pleasure is chocolate. Any kind, although especially milk. I would use up all my hard earned calories for it. :) And with Easter approaching, it is darn hard to stay away from it.

    So... what's yours?

    Either a spoonful of half peanut butter and half hot fudge (yum) or wine. These two are definitely my weaknesses.

    chocolate but i rarely have it.

    bread! i can eat so much in one day with butter and vegimite
    if we ever have nutella i eat way too much so i don't dare to get it.

    cereal i can eat quite a few bowls.
    cereal and bread are my binge food as we don't have any other junk in the house.

    ice cream, i can't stop myself so we don't get that much
