I was 5'9" and 152lb. I was not healthy though in the slightest. I had issues with food, a boyfriend who was mentally abusive and liked to call me fat, so I would eat wrong and puke just so tht I would be thin. I will never ever be that thin again and I'm ok with that. I t might be a healthy weight for me but I don't see it happening. However if I get to 160 I will be thrilled.

IDK not much different then now, maybe 10lb less. The lowest I've ever gotten down to was 136 in that was fresh out of bootcamp! haha would like to get there and then lose more!

I graduated a couple years ago. I'm 5'5" and I weighed about 123 at the time. Since then I got up to around 135 but I got myself down to 125 now. My goal weight is 119.

I was a little over 5'1" and weighed 103 lbs, size 0. Four years after, I am the same height, 120lbs (I actually just went and weighed myself to check haha) and either a size 0 or 1.

    OH wow.

I was 5'7, same as now. I weighed 117 and wore size 6. Now I weigh 212, size 14. Craziness. I like to say now that I was just tooo skinny back then.

Actually, I was my heaviest my freshman year of high school. I weighed 182 pounds. Graduated at 110 pounds. The heaviest I've been since is about 140, and I'm currently hovering around 133-135. I'll never hit that top weight again, but I sure as hell plan to hit 110 again and actually maintain it.

I was 280 lbs (if not more, that's the highest recorded weight I know of) at 5'3" when I graduated high school. Not ever going back there!

I was around 122 when I was in high school and a size 3-4. That was almost 20 years ago Today I am around 117, size 0 and more fit than I ever was in my younger years.

I weighed around 140 and was considered overweight. When I started on here I weighed 240 and stayed that way for awhile. Now I'm embarking on a healthier lifestyle not a diet so it'll stick. Down 14lbs so far.

102 lb and 5'8" in 1990 I was used to looking at myself at that weight almost until 30 or so. Gained with my second child and now weigh 130. Although I am considered normal, I see myself as untoned and fat and at 40 years old, I'm noticing how easy it is to gain and I hate it (unfortunately I can't stay committed to exercise). I work full time and kids are getting older so it is so hard to get that exercise in. I am trying to teach myself to eat in moderation...something I've never had to do before so am psyched at this site.
