I'm 5'11" and weighed about 165 lbs when I graduated high school in 2000. All my friends were like 5'3"-5'7" and weighed around 120. I thought to be "skinny" I had to weigh the same as them...it was all about the number to me back then. I had issues.
I was at my heaviest at 219 when I started MFP...I'm down 58 lbs and weigh 161 lbs now! And I always thought I'd never be back to my high school weight! But now I'm rocking the confidence I never had back then!0 -

I had a friend in high school like this. She was tall, big boned, athletic, and muscular and didn't have an ounce of fat on her. I was short, freakishly small boned, but with a belly pooch and probably 33% body fat. Because she outweighed me by 30 lbs., she thought she was the fat one and I was the skinny one.
I weighed 120 lbs. when I graduated HS, gained 50 lbs. over the years and am now back to 120 but am still all fat around the middle.0
