I was out for a pre-breakfast 32 miles today and decided to make a mental note of all the animals I saw. All were less than 10 miles from a large town or city.
Various garden birds, including 3 from the finch and some school ground humour – a pair of great tits
3 or 4 breeds of sheep
Horses
Various vermin: 2 rats, a mouse, a fox & 2 squirrels
A random goat
Lamas
2 red kites
1 buzzard
Rabbits & hares (more school ground humour….)
2 gorgeous deer that had wandered down from the woods, so were about 10 metres away before they ran off
A small herd of cows
3 dogs (being walked)
1 cat (not being chased by the dogs)
List what you last saw....excluding any walks around a zoo!

I exercise at home, but I have an elliptical which I use in my conservatory, the neighbours cat has a tendency to come and watch me. I get the feeling this is payback for all the cats I've looked at on the internet.0
