My tastebuds sometimes want a little chocolate, so I have a bag of chocolate chips in my cubboard.. I just eat 2 or 3 chips before going to bed... I don't need more than that. (I also do the same with cutterscotch chips and Score chips)

    Pumpkin spice muffins

1 box super moist spice cake mix
    1 can pumpkin

mix and fill muffin cups 2/3rds full

    bake according to box

    84 calories a muffin..........so yummy!!!

I'm making these. They sound amazing.

My favorite is a dessert: piece of angel food cake, a dollop of lite/fat free cool whip, with a chopped up berry medley (strawberries and blueberries are my go to mix.) So delicious!

You can do the same with a brownie mix. I use the Pillsbury Sugar Free Brownie mix. :)

One apple, sliced and baked in the microwave. Add 1 tsp peanut butter for a sweet treat.

I cut one apple into chuncks, sprinkle cinnamon and a tiny bit of brown sugar on it and microwave it. Just like apple crumble without the crumble. Even better when you fry it on the stove because it caramalizes more but then no longer simple (as I hate cleaning the pan!)

Also, cottage cheese with maple syrup and pineapple.

    Now, I want some!
