    Great job! I got the same response from doctors for back pain. I didn't believe them, but what do you know 30# lighter and much less pain! You caught on quicker than I did.

    Thanks for the flower and the compliments. This appears to be a never ending journey for me at the moment. LOL Some days I wish I could just sit back and not watch my food and exercise. But I've done that for 8 days on a recent holiday in Scotland and the return to the gym was not enjoyable. Crazy how quick you can get less fit.

    Don't know if ill ever get abs / 6 pack, but ive certainly got a beer fest belly :laugh: :sad:
    hit a bit of a plateau at the moment and cant seem to get under 18 stone
    but just started weight training which i will up a bit more once I've done my 10k race this Sunday
