    Hey there everyone!! I already do the majority of the challenge options, but am changing up my strength this week, as well as moving up to the next level of my running program. Should be fun!! We can do this guys =)

    Thank you for organizing and getting us the chart and our first weekly challenge. I like this challenge a lot - achievable, but important goals! I know I can meet the water goals during the week (when I'm sitting at my desk all day). I have a harder time remembering to drink water on the weekends when I'm out and about, but this will force me to focus on it. Thanks!

    Wonderful challenges! I'm well on the way to reach the 1200 and the water shouldn't be a big deal since I'm off school this week and can actually pee when I want! :laugh:

    After a really bad Easter weekend (actually more like a bad Easter WEEK really:grumble: ), I'm ready to go back to the gym and burn at LEAST 1200 calories this week.

    I was also already planning on upping my water intake to flush out all the salt I ate this weekend from restaurants meals, brunches, etc.

    So those are perfect challenges for me this week. :smile:
