Thank you for organizing and getting us the chart and our first weekly challenge. I like this challenge a lot - achievable, but important goals! I know I can meet the water goals during the week (when I'm sitting at my desk all day). I have a harder time remembering to drink water on the weekends when I'm out and about, but this will force me to focus on it. Thanks!0

After a really bad Easter weekend (actually more like a bad Easter WEEK really:grumble: ), I'm ready to go back to the gym and burn at LEAST 1200 calories this week.
I was also already planning on upping my water intake to flush out all the salt I ate this weekend from restaurants meals, brunches, etc.
So those are perfect challenges for me this week.
