Oh dear, forgot to weigh in again. I have been busy babysitting at 5.45 am and exhausted by the time the kids leave. Will get back on track with the weigh in on Monday. Wont be babysitting until Wednesday next week.0

Well I was very good 99% of the week with food and exercise. However I did go to an indian restaurant Saturday night so I am just praying it is water weight from all that sodium since Friday morning I was at 183.

ughhh....I've been eating like crap so I suppose I deserved that. With so many food based social events I feel like its so hard to stay on the right track!!!
2 good things though-one being that I am still here and checking in...last time I was in one of these challenges and gained, I got embarrassed and just quit...so it is good for me to be accountable
Second being a NSV-I ran my second Warrior Dash (5k mud run) this weekend and finished with a time of 38:15!!! That's almost 20 minutes faster than my time from last year, and 7 minutes under my goal of 45, so I am pretty thrilled about that!!0 -
