Well, that number is going the wrong way. Not real upset by it though. I did my monthly measurements and I've lost inches so it doesn't seem so bad. I don't think I had a lot of sodium the last couple of days but I feel puffy this morning. My rings which have become loose are tight. I finished week 4 of C25K on Saturday. It was a good week running. I'm starting to look forward to this coming Saturday and the first really long run instead of dreading it.
Congratulations to all the losers this week and good job, you can do it to all of us that are maintaining or going the wrong way.
Great job on reaching Onederland Laurie! I hope that puts a big smile on your face for the rest of the week.0 -

Congrats to all the losers!
I am getting very frustrated about my weight loss slowing. Over the last month I have increased my cardio, still strength training twice a week, cut out bread and pasta and my weigh loss is slower than ever. I feel like I am working full speed but the scale doesn't show it I really want to meet my challenge goal weight but it's not looking good the way things are going I am open to any feedback.

Well I am trying to figure all of this out.....I'm eating more protein due to increased muscle mass, and I'm pushing myself more on the cardio since my cholesterol has gone up since October.....hard to believe with all the exercise I am doing....It just may be my age and heredity. I have to go back to the doctor on Friday to discuss. I feel great so I'm not real worried. I would love to see the scale start to move down in a more significant way, but it will do what it wants, it seems. I hope everyone has a great weigh in and a terrific week:-)

So I probably won't make my challenge goal, but I still feel great about 10lbs (15lbs if you count back to when I actually started this journey in the beginning of March).
May was so terrible. All the worst things happened and I feel like I'm barely pulling myself back together. I've been needing to focusing on life and not harp on micromanaging my food intake. I think I'm getting back in the the swing of things though. Been back to the bike commute and eating home cooked food again. I got my first triathlon wet suit yesterday and I begin the open ocean group swim clinic in 2 weeks. Now I just need to get back in the gym.0 -

Congrats to all the big losers this week! (that always makes me giggle).
There seems to be several of us following the "two steps forward, one step back" method... This may seem mean, but at least I'm not alone on the "slow moving scale program"! If it was only me I would feel bad about my progress since I seem to be doing all the right things without the progress to match my efforts.
So... Shout out to all the ladies working their butts off and going nowhere!! Eventually the scales will move and we'll all still be here when it happens because we rock!! :glasses:
