    i don't mix anything into it. But if I do I add just a little bit of brown mustard.

    A small amount of fat free mayo (disgusting but you can't tell the difference in tuna salad) and some good mustard...I like stone ground. I also chop up pickles and add salt and pepper of course. I've added capers before as well...its good as long as you don't overdo it.

    Mustard and some boiled eggs. I also make tuna casserole with whole wheat noodles and reduced fat cream of mushroom soup...YUMMY!!!!! It's cheap and takes all of like maybe 10 minutes to make no matter how many people you're cooking for. It's something I grew up on. :smile:
