    Two turkey and colby-jack roll-ups; string cheese; 4 oz. natural applesauce; 1/2 cup 4% milkfat cottage cheese with 1/2 cup pineapple chunks; 3 oz. carrots with 2 tbsp. light cream cheese. All that for only 545 calories. Booyah.

    YUMMM! How do you make the roll-ups, please?? (i.e. what type of "bread" do you use?)

    Pre-run snack - a banana smothered in peanut butter and rolled in chia seeds. Yummy! The only thing that would have made it better is if it was coated in chocolate as well. :)
