    Shake - 16 ounces of coffee, 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 TBSP Baking Cocoa, 1 Scoop Chocolate Whey

    This sounds wonderful. Will be trying it.

    Green Monster Smoothie.

    Ingredients:

    2 Cups of fresh baby spinach
    Cup of almond milk
    Cup of strawberries
    Plain Greek Yogurt 4 oz
    Banana
    Handful of ice cubes

    Blend in a blender and serve.

    A SMOOTHIE made w/ Fage 2% plain yogurt, 1 c. fresh spinach, 1 c. almond milk, and some frozen blueberries, strawberries & 1/3 banana. It was yummy and filling :)

    Chocolate Shakeology smoothie: unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 banana, 1 cup raw spinach (can't taste it after it's blended) and 1 scoop chocolate shakeology.

    Note: What I REALLY wanted was a couple of corn muffins with butter and honey.

    Chinese Buffet for lunch! Feel like I ate the WHOLE buffet, but really only about 600 calories worth ... LOL
