Pasta with garlic pesto and grated gouda cheese, then half of peanut-choc bar for dessert and 1/2 l water! Soo full now and I didn't even met my cal goal for the day !0

Erm I hesitate but honesty prevails, a Magnum Infinity - Chocolate and Caramel, and I really enjoyed every tiny mouthful, and still under my calories so no guilt, just lots of enjoyment0

Same as my breakfast as couldn't be bothered to make up a salad to go with leftover pork - so sultana bran, 4 halves of tinned apricots, skimmed milk and low fat natural yoghurt. I always look forward to my breakfast so I love it for lunch as well.0
