    in almost every dish that I could get my hands on & in large amounts. in fact i can even eat a fresh raw jalapeno pepper, yes no kidding.

    Love it! There have been studies that show that hot sauce is actually a great way to help curb your appetite from overeating, so it's all working towards the cause :)
    No its not true, at least in my case because the spicier the food is, the more I overeat that stuff hehehe
    Very good point. The hotter, the more I wanna eat.

    Louisiana Hot Sauce on any chicken dish

    We have an American Grocery store in my town and they do massive jars of Louisiana - I'll cry if the shop ever closes, they are my dealer of Cheetos too!

    I put hotsauce in soup, on pizza, on sandwiches, mix it in with ketchup for dipping.
    Hot food rocks, so I use a lot of jalapeno too!

    My version of goulash. I didn't add any hot sauce,
    (had a pickled jalapeno instead) but the black pepper,
    cayenne, and crushed red pepper made it perfect!

    Let me add, I use hot sauce when fresh peppers aren't available. I grow lots of hot peppers and eat them fresh with a meal during the summer!
