    haha that's why there are no women posting on these threads! They look nothing like a V on a man...that's for sure!!!! I just have super lean hip flexors from running so much, so it creates a V shape.

    AND you are smoking! You have a V of some sort I'm sure! Just hard for women to bulk up muscle.

    it's hard work to get to that point of V. I was told that we have to decrease the amount of fat in our belly area so the ab muscles can be seen. yeah.... still gots a ways to go!!!!

    Yeah it is super hard for us. Like I said, only reason I have any difference in my abs is because I have lean/slimmed down hip flexors from running that are tighter than the rest of my stomach. Still have a lot to do before I have anything like a man can get! ha

    I didn't mean that you don't have it, just that I wasn't sure how it actually looks on a female. I just see some hip bones on myself. LOL. You look awesome. I want your flat abs and legs.

    It is actually visible from the side. The "panty V" comment is cute, but overall... Very nicely done! Congrats! :bigsmile:
