    This is the closest to a female V I have. It is still work in progress :) I am not looking for a super define V. More of a feminine V. Still working on the abs,

    Last time I measured (using my unreliable scale for measuring body fat) was around 19%. This was about 2 weeks ago. This pic was taken at the end of my vacation where I overindulge on all yummy things so that might have gone up a bit.

    I think for a guy you will need a lot less body fat %

    Last time I measured I was at 20.5%. Precisely why quoted commentor has a way MORE awesomer stomach than me! I think the person that asked is a guy though....and they defy logic....so IDK for him. lol
