Get a big rubber band.
Put it around your head, level with your eye sockets (keep your eyes closed)
Something about this relaxes my eyes.

I love the sound of the ocean and a train off in the distance... when I was little my parents had a house near the beach and near a train track.

The sound of a fan (box fan).
I've slept with one on High nearly every night since I was born. To me, fan = sleeeeeeeep.
Even when we travel I have a tiny fan I put on next to me.
Background noise, silence agitates me to no end. Even if it's just music playing softly or the dishwasher.0 -
besides water, the ocean, someone playing the piano... petting my cat lol and sleeping with my fan on. it HAS to be. every night.0

Rainy days are only good for two things: sleeping and fu...snuggling, which leads to more sleeping

The sound of Eddie Vedder's voice. Doesn't matter what he's singing - I find his voice really soothing - which I know sounds insane. LOL
