Most days my breakfast is 103 calories. I usually just have a glass of chocolate soy milk because I'm rushed and not hungry.0

Depending on the day my breakfast is anywhere from 290-900 calories. If I'm hiking for two hours later on then I am going to eat a BIG breakfast, but if I am just going to work it usually hovers around 290-500. My goals without ex. cals is 1590 though.0
