I do love squats and deadlifts, though. Re: profile pic - thanks!

A lot of people hate lunges and I love them. Maybe I'm doing them wrong? Why are they so hated?

I hate them because my balance sucks!

Burpees and any sort of plyometric exercise.

I hate burpees too, but i love doing the jackknife because it focuses on my upper ab area.

Running makes me want to punch a puppy AND a baby. It looks like the most boring, painful exercise to do - and with my flat feet, all I can think of is "I'm going to break my pelvic bones from all the jarring".

Burpees, with the burning passion of 1,000 white-hot supernovas.

I take fitness classes at the gym and I hate doing weight... mainly squats and lunges, but I also love them because they are the best exercises. It's like taking a bitter medicine. tastes bad, but I know I gotta do it if I wnat to get healthy.

Burpees, Manmakers and push-ups....and since I hate them, my trainer makes me do more each time I complain about them! (although I must say they give great results....I still hate them....but great results.lol)

    Running! Especially on a treadmill.

I will never be a runner, ever. However, I will cheer on those who are

I will worship those who can! But I'll NEVER be a runner either.

I can smash 100 minutes on the elliptical, 80 on the stationary bike and can lift pretty good as well.

But running? Sorry, what? 5 minutes if I'm freakin' lucky.

Stair Master! My trainer pushes me to do it. Tonight when he said we were incorporating it into my circuit I almost cried LOL.

I don't enjoy lunges, push ups and planks, but I do them because they work.
I guess I'm weird because I like squats. I'm also a former running hater who has recently discovered that I actually love running. It's meditative for me, and the feeling after I'm done is like nothing else.

i don't hate jogging so much as i get annoyed with it; it's pretty boring. as for lifting, i feel like i hate all of them until i start doing them.
