    Hey i'm 5'4 and currently 145. I dont really have a weight goal, just working on lowering body fat and gaining muscle

    GW 135 (in the past at 125, I looked like a walking skeleton. I've no idea why!)

    I'm thick and muscly, with big boobs and a big butt, so will never get down to where some of you want to be without looking like a mutant hahaha

    Hi! Good luck with your half marathon! We have a HUGE one here in Indianapolis on that date. I ran it several years ago, and it was a great experience! My son kept asking me if I was going to win it...I told him as long as I finished, and wasn't last, I'd be thrilled!

    GW: I don't really have a goal weight anymore. But I really want to get down to about 20% body fat. I am in Stage 4 of NROLFW and have found that weight training has helped shape my body more than anything else I've ever done. Loving it!

    I'd say that anyone can feel free to add me as a friend, but I don't really use the status updates at all. I just track my stuff and check out the boards regularly.

    I am! I'm on Day 4! It's great for cardio and strength but it doesn't do much for my abs! Still sweat like a pig though, it's a great workout!

    SW: 150 (this was my weight when I joined MFP a few weeks ago when I was 6 weeks postpartum from my 3rd baby in three years. My pre-3rd-pregnancy was around 145, My pre-first-pregnancy weight was 128. Edited to Add: my weight when I delivered my baby 9 weeks ago was 180

    CW: 143

    GW: 128, for now (while I'm breastfeeding) UGW will depend on how healthy I feel. I am concerned about how large my waist-to-hip ratio, so if that is better by 128 I'm fine with that weight, but if I am still "fat" at 128 I'll need to continue to lose.

    I am trying to focus on eating healthy "whole" foods, including lots of fruits and vegetables, oats and brown rice, etc. I am not restricting calories too much because of the breastfeeding. I am having a hard time exercising b.c I am crazy tired. I would really love more friends on here to support each other, so please friend me!

    Lift weights! I guarantee you won't be "fat" at 128. Or even 138 or 148.
