Hi! Good luck with your half marathon! We have a HUGE one here in Indianapolis on that date. I ran it several years ago, and it was a great experience! My son kept asking me if I was going to win it...I told him as long as I finished, and wasn't last, I'd be thrilled!

GW: I don't really have a goal weight anymore. But I really want to get down to about 20% body fat. I am in Stage 4 of NROLFW and have found that weight training has helped shape my body more than anything else I've ever done. Loving it!

SW: 150 (this was my weight when I joined MFP a few weeks ago when I was 6 weeks postpartum from my 3rd baby in three years. My pre-3rd-pregnancy was around 145, My pre-first-pregnancy weight was 128. Edited to Add: my weight when I delivered my baby 9 weeks ago was 180

GW: 128, for now (while I'm breastfeeding) UGW will depend on how healthy I feel. I am concerned about how large my waist-to-hip ratio, so if that is better by 128 I'm fine with that weight, but if I am still "fat" at 128 I'll need to continue to lose.
I am trying to focus on eating healthy "whole" foods, including lots of fruits and vegetables, oats and brown rice, etc. I am not restricting calories too much because of the breastfeeding. I am having a hard time exercising b.c I am crazy tired. I would really love more friends on here to support each other, so please friend me!0 -
