30 Day Shred - Jillian Michaels workout. Great workout that combines cardio and strength...perfect for a quick workout as they are only like 25 min long.

I want to add that my ENTIRE adult life I was 105-110 until my 3rd child (at age 30). I was so depressed for so long because I was so big after. I did get down to 130 (due to illness!) and I felt great but still wished I was that thin weight. At 160 I hate the way I look and feel!0 -

this is my first time ever at having to loose weight. Nearing *cough* 40 and after having 5 babies my weight has crept up and up and it is not coming off as easily as it has after previous pregnancies. Really struggling0
