    Is anyone else doing the 30DS right now like me?!

    I am! I'm on Day 4! It's great for cardio and strength but it doesn't do much for my abs! Still sweat like a pig though, it's a great workout!

    Just started Turbfire today!! Finished the 5 day inferno on tues and lost 3lbs and 5.25in. doing that..hope to have tone arms and some abs by the time hubby gets home from deployment :happy:

    I'm 5'4.5"

    SW: 150 (this was my weight when I joined MFP a few weeks ago when I was 6 weeks postpartum from my 3rd baby in three years. My pre-3rd-pregnancy was around 145, My pre-first-pregnancy weight was 128. Edited to Add: my weight when I delivered my baby 9 weeks ago was 180

    CW: 143

    GW: 128, for now (while I'm breastfeeding) UGW will depend on how healthy I feel. I am concerned about how large my waist-to-hip ratio, so if that is better by 128 I'm fine with that weight, but if I am still "fat" at 128 I'll need to continue to lose.

    I am trying to focus on eating healthy "whole" foods, including lots of fruits and vegetables, oats and brown rice, etc. I am not restricting calories too much because of the breastfeeding. I am having a hard time exercising b.c I am crazy tired. I would really love more friends on here to support each other, so please friend me!

    I've only lost 5 pounds, but man am I toning since I started lifting heavier. So, my GW may end up being irrelevant.

    Lift weights! I guarantee you won't be "fat" at 128. Or even 138 or 148.

    I am! I finished Day 6 this morning.

    I am starting again today as well. Did it once before, but sporadically. Never REALLY finished it daily like I should have :)

    Large frame, but still think 145 is attainable. We shall see...I am on a forever plateau. LOL

    Hi Everyone! I am 5'4", starting weight was 166, current weight is bouncing between 138-142 depending on the day, and my goal weight is 125, but I'd be grateful to hit 130 and stick there for now!

    30 Day Shred - Jillian Michaels workout. Great workout that combines cardio and strength...perfect for a quick workout as they are only like 25 min long.

    I hear ya on the 40 crap. LOL
