I've resisted putting up photos of my previous self because I've been in denial about how big I actually was.
Losing weight is not just a physical process.
In my opinion, going through the emotional and mental process of becoming a healthy person is just, if not more, challenging.
This is my attempt at acknowledging my accomplishments thus far.
Some personal kudos because I can tend to be pretty hard on myself.
Perhaps if I see them up they'll become more real.
If I inspire anyone during the process, well that's just a bonus for me.

    WOW! Kudos to you and absolutely best choice to post before and after pics! You look amazing! I couldn't agree more with you about the mental aspect of our weight and self image. I was in the best shape of my life, couldn't pinch an inch (scary fit too) about 25 years ago after my third child. The kicker is.... that is when my husband decided to start cheating on me! So I have wrestled with many demons as to how anyone could possibly love me the way I am now. I still have a long way to go, physically and mentally but seeing these pics sure helps!
