    I've resisted putting up photos of my previous self because I've been in denial about how big I actually was.
    Losing weight is not just a physical process.
    In my opinion, going through the emotional and mental process of becoming a healthy person is just, if not more, challenging.
    This is my attempt at acknowledging my accomplishments thus far.
    Some personal kudos because I can tend to be pretty hard on myself.
    Perhaps if I see them up they'll become more real.
    If I inspire anyone during the process, well that's just a bonus for me.
