Does anyone fall victim to the 8:30pm craves?

I usually get salt cravings late.. Like last night... So I eat pickles and pickled things, And then i gain half a pound magically overnight lol. Happened this morning as a matter of fact so I'm chugging the water! I really should just stop weighing myself after High sodium days.0

My wellness coach gave me a recipe for something like this it is just enough to get the craving and makes a wonderful snack or energy pick me up at any time of day.
1 Cup Oatmeal
1 Cup Coconut
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter or Other Nut Butter
1/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1/3 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Ground Flax Seed
Mix together, pop in the fridge for 30 minutes afterwards roll into balls and enjoy! About 100 calories per 1 inch ball. You can substitute anything I add raisins to mine or dried cranberries, adding whole nuts is also good. Makes quite a bit and taste wonderful, I leave some extra calories at the end of my day to have one of these.0
