whats your opinion on muscle heads

Muscles are okay until they start hindering the way a guy or girl walks. When you have to hold your arms out because your muscles are too big to put them down normally, it is too much.

I know lots of guys without muscles that walk weird. I don't think the two are mutually exclusive. :-)

A lot of my clientele at the sweatshop are muscle heads and its always difficult to get them fitted correctly because we have to take a huge shirt to fit their shoulders, but take in the body a whole lot because of how they're built.
Same with pants. Huge pants for their thighs and legs but then take the waist in to fit them. Otherwise, its fun to fit them.

The mirror isn't a vanity thing. When lifting heavy weights you need to have perfect form to prevent injury. Mirrors give you a 3rd person perspective, and that helps a lot to maintain form.

Im all for a bit of muscle, but when it gets the point where the back/neck muscle things start coming so high its joining their head?? Thats just not a good look, yes your 'hench' but wherethe hell is your neck man????
